Holding the Vibe - Maintaining a high frequency when things go wrong
Life has a way of throwing curveballs when we least expect it. Whether it's a stressful situation at work, relationship drama, or just the chaos of daily life, we’ve all been there.

In moments like these, it can feel nearly impossible to stay positive or grounded. But here’s the good news: you have the power to raise your frequency, no matter what’s happening around you.

Keep reading to learn five simple steps to transform your state and bring back balance—even when things feel out of control.

1. Awareness: The First Step to Raising Your Frequency

The key to changing your energy starts with awareness. When you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed, it’s easy to get caught in the whirlwind of emotions. The first thing you need to do is notice what's happening. How are you feeling? Are you stressed, anxious, or frustrated?
By simply becoming aware of your emotional state, you create the opportunity to shift it. It’s all about taking control of your reactions and moving from autopilot to conscious choice.

Tip: Take a moment each day to check in with yourself and acknowledge how you're feeling. Awareness opens the door to transformation.

2. Breathe to Reset Your State

One of the quickest ways to raise your frequency is to focus on your breath. When stress hits, our bodies enter fight-or-flight mode, and our breathing becomes shallow and rapid. Slowing down your breath activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to calm the mind and restore balance.

Action Step: Try taking five slow, deep breaths in through your nose, hold for a second, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this three to five times to reset your nervous system.

3. Shift Your Energy with Gratitude

When everything feels like it's going wrong, it’s easy to focus on the negative. But shifting your focus to gratitude can be an instant mood booster. Gratitude helps you to look at the bigger picture and see that not everything in your life is falling apart.
Even in the worst of times, there’s always something to be thankful for. It could be something as simple as a roof over your head, a supportive friend, or even the fact that you have the power to change your mindset.

Action Step: Each day, write down three things you’re grateful for. This simple act will help raise your vibration and bring more positive energy into your life.

4. Move Your Body to Break Stagnant Energy

Our bodies hold energy—both positive and negative. When we experience stress, anxiety, or frustration, this energy can become stagnant, which lowers our vibration. Moving your body, even for just a few minutes, can help release this stagnant energy and raise your frequency.

Tip: Take a walk, stretch, or even dance it out. The goal is to get your body moving and allow the energy to flow freely.

5. Focus on Your Vision

When life is chaotic, it’s easy to get bogged down in the details. But to raise your frequency, you need to shift your focus back to your vision. Remember why you're here and where you're going. Whether it's a big career goal, a personal aspiration, or just the life you’re working to create, focusing on your vision will help you rise above the temporary chaos.

Action Step: Visualize your goals every day. Take a few minutes to close your eyes and imagine yourself living your dream life. This helps you to stay connected to your higher purpose and keeps you aligned with your highest potential.

When things feel like they’re going to shit, it can be hard to stay grounded. But raising your frequency is not only possible—it’s within your power. By becoming aware of your emotional state, breathing to reset, practicing gratitude, moving your body, and focusing on your vision, you can shift your energy and rise above life’s challenges.

Remember, you are the creator of your reality. Don’t let external circumstances dictate your vibe. Instead, take control of your energy and raise your frequency to align with your highest potential.
